If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called several times and I've been hung up on. They say their opening and then hung up on you. A woman named Monica was very rude and hung up. Their customer service agents definitely need training in Basic Customer Service. DON'T EVEN TRY JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL BANK OR CREDIT UNION. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! WORSE COMPANY EVER!

Both Cassandra and Fernando were very professional and treated me with respect. This is my 2 time coming from Temecula and would Highly recommend group estrella. Thanks Marcos Rodriguez jr.
