We have worked with Altaone for many years (25+) - our mortgage and saving accounts for us and all our kids. My mother also was with them. They employ from the local communities. Credit unions are the best...because they focus on serving the local community. Thank you Altaone for always being available and trustworthy.

They Charge for paper statement what happens to the elderly they don't have a computer. You charge them. I'm not happy i will be closing this account. Credit unions are like Bank of America and all banks. Also they are very rude at the desk. Will be banking somewhere else. Also they charge for checking your balance at a Atm. I'm done

I came here needing quarters during COVID-19 time for laundry and water. They said they don’t break change for non-members. Not only is that stupid, but also un-American. Worst bank ever. Would never go here even if they paid me!

So very disappointed with AltaOne. Back in July they updated all their ATM machines but would not allow you to view your balances on any of your accounts. Well because of this I overdrafted my account twice. They were great enough to waive the overdraft fees but at the same time close my account. Then want to charge me another $50 to reopen my account after I've been making payments on the overdrafts that was done. Didn't really work with me at all just decided that if I wanted to reopen account I could pay $50 again thanks but no thanks I will look somewhere else for business.

My boyfriend banks here for 30+ yrs the staff is awesome very courteous and helpful, low interest rates and tons of extra services really is a hometown credit union
