Always had 5 Start SERVICE! Today, with Lucy and Representatives that transferred me to her ALL were kind, professional, and understanding. Not only that, Freeway Funding funded us when we were going through a difficult financial situation because our previous vehicle broke down and was going to cost 4X the balance due on the vehicle to get it up and running again. I am shocked at any negative reviews! We have been Customer's of Freeway Funding for over two years I believe and we only have $1,100 left to pay off our vehicle! On rare occasion we have had a hard time paying our payment on time and their Customer Service is outstanding and they always were up front and honest and clear in our options and helped us as much as possible with our options to stay in good credit standings. Great LOCAL Ventura County Company!

Do not use this company ! I bought a car in june of 2020 I had issues with my car since first day i bought it and even though it didn't work fully I still paid my payment. They repoed my car at end of april 2021 for $150 I paid 1482 via money gram plus 500 to the tow yard to get my car back 2 weeks later catalyst converter went out and I still paid in Aug 2021 someone who used my car got pulled over and car was impounded freeway funding contacted me and offered to pick up car and i could retrieve from them that Monday well they refused to release stated police told them to hold for 30 day but 3 weeks later I get a call to pick up car when i called back to make payment i was told i had to pay loan in full or finance elsewhere from aug until march they wouldn't let me get my car and was reporting late payments every month they had when I contacted the credit companies I finally received an intent to dispose and they claimed was second repossession (not true) now I have a charged off loan .I looked at my credit report and saw that they did not report all my payments , the loan amount due has changed and the 1482 I paid was not reflected i called them today they claim they didnt receive and to dispute with credit reporting companies . I have receipt and confirmed with money gram I paid and they received it. They claim i had two repoes but the months they claim according to report I was current. For months they show no payment I have all reciepts. They have made it almost impossible to get financed by their illegal antics and the false information they have reported... Take my advice and RUNNNN

I worked through a really difficult situation with Matthew. He was kind and patient. FF has been good to me over the last year and I appreciate them working with me to figure out the financial disconnect with my bank.

This company is the worse at solving anything. If you call over the phone the agents speak very unprofessional and don't really know how to help at all. If you email them they will never write back. I agree with the other reviews they seem to only be money hungry.

Honestly if it could be 0 stars i would. Worst customer service ever and would never recommend this bank to anyone. Only delt with them because my father had a loan with them but due to his passing..i had to take care of it and they couldn’t make it anymore difficult for me and it’s already hard times. Just stay away.

Worst customer service. Lies. Told them can’t get phone calls at work and I have been written up several times. Was assured by Manny, who conveniently no longer works there that the multiple phone calls a day would stop. They continue. I’ve asked several times to call after or a little before 6 pm and the supervisor Lucia basically told me they are putting me on the do not call list and if my car gets repod it’s my fault because I refuse to answer my calls. Then stated they only call one time a day. I screen shot all missed calls from them to prove she is wrong. Worst customer service

I don’t understand how they are still in business!?! I reported the pile of overpriced junk stolen and even informed Freeway Funding of this, it didn’t do me any good because some skanky woman that drives for a repo company, showed up several times looking for the vehicle that was reported stolen months before that. What a bunch of idiots.

If i could leave negitive zero stars I would. Mast of the staff are rude and unprofessional. They have charged my mom “no insurance” fees for months that she has had insurance. So even if she makes a car payments on time, the payments she has submitted for her car they have applied them to the “no insurance” fees. They also call her about 10 times throughout the days. She had never experienced this with any other car loan. Its very upsetting and feel like they are just using any excuse to charge you with any fees.
