She is consistently knowledgeable and professional - she explained every step of the process to us, answered all of our questions (never making us feel like any question was stupid), is extremely responsive, and is super well connected (she referred us to an amazing real estate agent who ended up finding our house). Irene did a fantastic job for us on our home refinance. This was during covid so everything was done online and went very smoothly. Irene is a proactive communicator and always made sure we understood the process and the costs clearly. She actually found ways to save us money and even got our deed back into our trust at the end, which was an unexpected surprise. I would highly recommend Irene for all of your home lending needs.

Irene has absolutely everything you could ever want in a mortgage broker - she is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, highly efficient, an excellent communicator, and she does whatever it takes to achieve her clients' goals. We recently used Irene to refinance our house and the process was so much easier than when we used a bank to get the original mortgage. From start to finish, Irene answered our questions without hesitation and kept us updated on the status with the lender. She's happy to take a phone call anytime, but almost everything can be done through email and a secure website. At closing, she even arranged a mobile notary to make it more convenient for us. Whatever it takes, Irene goes above and beyond expectations. I can't recommend her enough!

Irene was one of 4 loan brokers I contacted for a new home purchase. One was too pushy. One ran my credit and didn’t give me their best rate. When I told them the rate that Irene got, they then wanted to deal but it was too late. Irene was on it from the first moment of inquiry. With her help, we got the best rate and even closed EARLY. We had our pre-approval ready for offers in this crazy market and when the time came, got approved with ease. Providing documents was easy. When I had questions, she always replied quickly. If it was a more complex question (all for my understanding of the process), she was able to hop on calls to clarify. Her communication is top notch and I never felt silly asking her questions.
