This business is on their way to a huge class action lawsuit. They offer insurance that they don’t actual provide services for. You will pay for it, but if you need it, you are out of luck. Lucy and Anna will be too busy to respond to your calls for months. They are completely rude and unprofessional. When you try to ask them for contact information for their corporate office, they conveniently don’t have that information.

Absolute worst experience and they wasted my time. Had me go through the entire loan process and submit everything, to sending me my approval and proposal then once we get to the payout process, they deny me because I only had 1 paystub from my new job WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT FROM THE BEGINNING! WORST COMPANY EVER. I also feel that certain info wasn't put in properly such as what I pay for rent and other bills

Am beyond pleased with my interaction during the loan process. Lucy was amazing. Courteous, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend them, and Lucy, for any and all financial needs.

It’s sad to say I had a terrible experience with the manager of this location. Lucy was very unprofessional on the phone and her customer service was terrible. I’m not sure who allowed this woman to be in management but I strongly suggest they look into hiring a new manager. I’ve worked in customer service for 8+ years and I understand it gets hard but being completely rude is never okay.

Excellent! Ana & staff were professional every step of the way from following up to paperwork to completion. Highly recommended for everyone in between commission checks, consolidating debt or any financial assistance.

Trust the reviews. This is amateur hour - they operate like they’re insincere/misaligned/reactionary as opposed to competent and professional . Received a text saying if you need anything please respond here. I did. No response. On one call I needed to talk to a specific person, the next call the same person who answered before just starts asking my info… All after “approving me.” Next, they reviewed documents for a week and asked me to come in and sign. They asked for additional documents and had me sit alone in a closed empty office for twenty minutes to tell me my paystubs don’t match and they can’t use the letter from my employer stating my yearly compensation. Wasted a week with non-responsive communication when I could have easily just gotten another loan. They ran my credit lowered which reduces my credit score, wasted roughly two hours of my Monday morning, and in the end were unable to do what they said was already done. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. I ignored the interest they charge since I’m paying it off in the next couple of months, but add the predatory rates to the poor communication and general disconnects with basic requirements, it’s maybe not a good place to go for help.

Unless you're dying and this loan will save your life then you should loan with this company then file for bankruptcy. This business is designed to put you in severe debt. You will end up paying 3x what you loaned. It's insane. The law really needs to put some regulations on this business. I'm taking them to court. I loaned 23k so far paid them over 37,200 and still owe them 19k.
