Mayra is always so friendly! She takes her time with every customer doesn’t rush people out. I love that she makes everyone feel valued. She’s so knowledgeable and always willing to help. She goes above and beyond to ensure your transaction is completed.

Mayra was super helpful and friendly. She had a long line and was working by her self. Despite the wait everyone left the location happy and not in a bad mood. I recommend this location friendly as fast. Will be coming back.

Nov 17th 2022 6:32 PM. The female employee on front desk did not even greet me approaching the desk , asking me if I was there to cash a check with a concerned annoyed face. I greeted her w a smile anyways and proceeded with the transaction that I do every week at the same location. Handed her my Florida Issued drivers license and security check. She didn’t even verify my information but instead proceeded to complain about her “panini” not working. Her lost and continuous look made it obvious she was judging me based off of my appearance. She must be a new hire that needs serious training (Act of Discrimination 1964). I’m truly disappointed with the discrimination of my character today. All my information checks out every week.The ladies who attends me weekly never been a problem they always provide with a positive financial experience. I hope my next review won’t be as negative as this one.

Teresa Was very friendly and was able to answer any questions that I had regarding any loan or sending money. She also helped me get coupons for referrals as well as helped me save Money. I recommend coming to this location and requesting Teresa she was very helpful like I said.

I had a good experience at Ace Cash Express in Carson on University. The employee was pleasant, explained the process for purchasing a money order, and offered an envelope. Thanks for the fast and great service.

Nope! Sorry Ace. This is the second location I've been to that gave me inconsistent information regarding cashing a check made out to my business. I called and they said I need certain documents, I brought them in and they said I need all these other documents and nothing I brought in. I also called your headquarters and was transferred multiple times and nobody could help and they hung up on me. Craziness.
