I went to Castro valley location as a customer and ended up working as a Customer service Representative. This is one of the best place I have worked so far. The manager here is awesome, she always gives her best to please her Customer as well as her employees. Great teamwork to provide excellent service to the customers. You will always get the help you needed. I ended up leaving this company for my career, but I still recommend people to work here.

I have been a Western Union customer of this store for long time. Every time I go there, I received a great service over there. The store is neat and clean, and the staffs are professional, friendly, and have great customer serice skills. I highly recommend this place for check cashing, loans, and Western Union.

The ladies here are always so welcoming, kind, fun and very respectful. Always say hi to me and call me by my name which is just so nice to hear when u go into a any business. My time is never wasted there.

The office In Castro Valley is made up of women.Each time I go there they are so hard working and very busy. They are very cautious, polite and know exactly what they are doing. I am particularly impressed by one Sonji with the way she attends to customers. On one particular occasion, I noticed a customer that was frustrated with her salary. The way she calmed the customer down was amazing and finally made some phone calls that got the customer’s problem solved. I was so impressed. Not only her, the rest of the ladies that work there are the same. Always cheerful and smiling at their customers. To put it simply, their relationship with customers are impressive.

They are very helpful and explain everything in detail regarding your options. I always come to this location, they are very knowledgeable and move at a good pace.
