Unprofessional is an understatement!! Rude, spiteful, and racist can also be used to describe the woman who assisted me with a cash advance transaction. The second I walked into the door I was met with this woman’s death stare. She obviously didn’t want to help me. The discontent she feels for her job just radiates from this beast and she just spews hate. This was all before I even said hello. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable that I resorted to humor as a way to try to break the tension.... wrong move. I unleashed the partially sleeping beast within. As retaliation, she had me sit and wait for about 10 minutes when there wasn’t anyone else inside. Dear Management, keeping this woman employed will be detrimental to your businesses. I really wish I got the name of this demon spawn, but I didn’t. She is the horizontally challenged woman who is always sitting down. I’ve been a customer of this business for several years, but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Anyone can get you a payday advance, but being kind and respectful to your customers goes a long way, especially in this slightly embarrassing situation of having to borrow money. I’m a creature of habit, and didn’t mind driving further out of my way to give patronage to an establishment that has been good to me, and is friendly and respectful. This business is no longer any of these things for me, so for that I say “adios”.

Very fast and friendly service. They were able to cash a money order for me after I had been denied at 5+ places. It was quick and they were upfront about the fees. The fee was 6% which was less than what I had expected from a payday loan place.

The fat girl behind the counter refused to cash my check, stating she couldn't verify the funds per bank regulations. I left, called customer service, and did exactly what the lazy woman didn't do: verified the funds. I went BACK to the store, gave her the 800 number and told her how to get a rep on the line. She didn't do as I asked. She clearly did NOT want to help me. I will never go there again, and if you want excellent customer service, neither will you.
