Myself personally have never been to this establishment,, but my purse with all my personal info inside (drivers license, Social) were inside and this place allowed these bums to attempt to pull out a loan!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional, rushed me off the phone. Did not explain how the loan process worked. If I did not own a car they could not help me. I would need a co signer. But I qualified. I am so confused. If the companies want to do better and not recieve bad reveiws than they need to hire leaders not managers. Credit karma need to stop promoting this business.

First experience was good got the loan I wanted to the terms I needed and the customer service was there, as I’m paying of my loan I get messages saying I’m pre-approved for more. I figured experience should go smoothly again but turned out after I submitted my application I it got denied and it hurt my credit score.One main financial don’t lead your customers believing something and then hurting there financials that’s how you lose the customers you already have.

I wanted to get a loan to boost my credit excellent. However, the lady I got was Lydia... I seen a better deal for me from one financial that was a lower amount but she said I couldn't do that one without a 36% APR. Even though the deal said 26% APR. Didn't seem like she wanted to help find something that was good for me. As if she was just looking for her next big check. I didn't get my good credit score where it's at just to go into debt. It took years of hard work and sacrifice. I Thank the good Lord above I wasn't desperate for a loan so I am glad I able to just walk away.

Great fast & efficient. I had my loan approved and deposited within 24 hours of initiating my application. Tomas my rep kept in touch updating me on the status of my application and letting me know what information was needed and when it was received.

Went in for a loan everything was good until days later I called to get a copy of the agreement I signed and I had a couple of questions of how things worked. Thomas was the person I spoke to. He told me he was busy he’d contact me later,he then texted me from his personal number to my personal number and was very unprofessional. Took my personal info and contacted me and made me feel beyond uncomfortable.Called the office tried to speak to someone else but he answered and told him I wanted to cancel the loan he said I couldn’t when online it said I had seven days to cancel and so he went through with it. Been calling because I never got my car title back and they don’t answer and when they do they’re rude !! Do not recommend!!! Tried to get a hold of corporate to complain and explain what happened but no answer.

I am in the process of composing a negative review about a company due to an incident involving one of their employees sending my friend inappropriate text messages. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, and it is crucial for the company to address and rectify this matter promptly to maintain a positive reputation and ensure a safe environment for their customers and employees.
