One of the kindest human beings I’ve came in contact with … third , Quick and informative overall great customer service . I only come to Mitchell and Whitmore ACE for her friendly services . :)

If I could give a zero I would . This place is so horrible in customer service. Waiting in line for 15 mins then waiting almost an hour to cash money orders for them just to be asking a thousand questions then looking at me if all the information I presented was false . I felt disrespected so decided to cancel the process. $37 dollars to cash a money order ?? Really ?

For anyone needing to get their financial services taken care of ask for Sandra! She is absolutely amazing, she gets you in and out fast and efficiently! She is super funny and has excellent quality customer service and with great hospitality! She got me in and out super quick and made everything as easy as possible for me to get my check cashed! I recommend you go through her for anything you need! I literally left there with a huge smile on my face and in a better mood than when I first came in there! I walked into Ace today 6/17/23 nervous with already being turned down two places today for cashing what I thought would be a simple check. Feeling down on my luck I walked in the doors of Ace and immediately Sandra greeted me with a pleasant smile and got right to work helping verify so I could receive payment. Her patients was amazing with both me and the multiple holds she was put on to verify the check. I am so grateful for Sandra’s going above and having outstanding customer service. I not only recommend coming to this location but will return myself in the further! Thank you again Sandra I appreciate you.
