This was my third home purchase, so I knew what to expect and I was thoroughly unimpressed with Academy Mortgage. Rob repeatedly "lost" our documents and asked us to resubmit, lied to us about the costs/apr, didn't lock our rate when we asked him to (and it went up), and then had a toddler-style temper tantrum when I found a better deal and asked if they could match it. Awful experience. BofA otoh closed our deal in 2 weeks, didn't lie, or lose anything.

The team I was blessed to have made every step easy and so stress free. Leah, Tamera and Stacy were truly a gift.
