California Check Cashing Stores, Chico, CA

I wouldn't come here unless you want unprofessional service as soon as you walk through the door. The two ladies at the front look you up and down and then instead of helping you, they text on their phone, then they give you an attitude because your an inconvenience and interrupting thier personal calls on the business phone too. I just kindly said "I'll go somewhere else" and left it at that. I didn't want to experience more rudeness from the employee's before I even began my transaction.

Horrible place. Been going here for quite some time then when my mother tries to sign up the lady wouldn’t sign her up and then proceeded to call me a liar and my mother a liar in front of a full audience. It was both embarrassing and unprofessional. I had my friends payroll company that was going to do over 700k in business with them here very soon but I convinced Him to go another route with people who are more hospitable and nice to their customers.

Went in @10:45 because there website said not normally busy. Three people working and still had to wait for the lady in front of me! I'm a regular customer, they have all my information. I hand them my check already filled out, and ID and the girl sitting next to her in forms me that she is training this girl and needs to ask a bunch of questions. I told her I have a Doctor's appointment in 20 minutes and could she please take care of me and she rudely told me she she could not make an exception for me as she was in training. Incompetent, rude and apparently thinks that her time is more important and valuable then mine. I'm done! Taking my business elsewhere ! Apparently they can afford to lose customers!!!!!

After months of me and my husband cashing our checks here the one time my husband needed to do an advance they acted as if they never seen him before and told him that a current check stub was not current enough and they wouldnt help him even tho he had one that was less than 30 dat old we ened up going to check into cash and they helped us but seriously poor customer service very rude and dont no what there doing

My experience was satisfactory but I would like to pay special attention to a lady named Kat. She was very nice and polite and made the experience. Worthwhile. So 2 thumbs up for a lady named cat.👍👍 …

The ladies at the check cashing place on Mangrove Kat, Ysabel, Baylee, and Angie are all wonderful workers. They always have positive attitudes and help with no problem. I leave satisfied and happy after interacting with these ladies! They deserve a raise!

Just had a great customer experience at check cashing off mangrove with Bailey. She is my superstar. She made it quick, fast and painless and I got the money I needed. Thanks again, Bailey, you were awesome..
