The employees at this location are amazing. They are polite, patient and informative. They explain the process to you no matter what the situation is. They are very helpful and they are very personable. My first time using them we had some issues and Gloria was amazingly patient. Never got frustrated or angry. Thank you! I am now a regular. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

honestly cannot remember ever having such great customer service as I recieved here. It was my first time coming in, I had a large hard to cash check. Other places wanted to charge 2 x's the amount cash it.. With the persistence of my teller Gloria she made it happen. She went above an beyond to help me.

New company it's not check into cash anymore. They just stare at you when you come in zero customer service skills. Avoid if you can I get it tough times.

had some issues with my account n fraudulent charges which resulted in a closed account.... came in to the chico location n sarah resolved all issues reopened my existing account with new cards n had me back on my way in less then 20 min..perfect customer service great cheerful attitude would definitely recommend this location!!!!!! thanx again.
