He was very pleasant to get a loan with and had great communication during the entire process. the amount of the loan was 2,000.00 dollars lesser than what I was told I would get. So after filling out all the paper work and refinancing my truck they told me how much I was getting back. However, the staff was really awesome and patient with me.

Horrible company, even worse office and staff. Paid personal loan off 2 years early, it took the chico office 3 months to process my repayment and in the meantime they continued to take biweekly payments out of my account for the loan I had already paid off. The check they issued for refund BOUNCED! I will be elevating this as high as it will go. They shouldn't be in allowed to be in business and are clearly struggling financially ... happy July 2023.
