I love Advance America! But, you need to keep the store and in-person option open. It makes it soooooo much easier, when you can go in and get things done right away with a person, rather than spending all of our personal time trying to figure things out online. The customer service at the store in Chula Vista, CA is great! I always go in and take care of business with Julissa. She is the best!

I came here in need of a payday loan and the staff Marietta and Jose were very professional and helpful explaining the process to me and it was quick. I highly recommend coming here to this location the customer service is excellent thank you again for everything!
