I have had Del Toro servicing over 60 loans and am more than satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. My point person Tonya is extremely responsive not only to me, but to my investor partners if and when we need help. When I need to get anything handled, their entire staff gets its done in a very acceptable timely fashion. Their controller Enrique as well as Rebecca, Rachelle and Diana are also extremely helpful. The cost is very reasonable for what they do, and I consider this company to be an asset for my business.

I have used many servicers over the years and Del Toro has won the top spot for me. They have an army of people with a dedicated person for each department which are accessible by phone. Each person I have dealt with has a customer service attitude and you get the feeling your business is valued rather than just being another account. I have had the pleasure of working with Del Toro Loan Servicing from the beginning when it was just Drew and a few employees and though they have grown significantly over the past 2 decades, I still receive the same professional, personalized service. Their staff is unbelievably knowledgeable and is up to date on all of the current codes and laws to keep Lenders out of "messy" situations. I have been a Broker for 30 years and in the beginning I did my own documents and disclosures; however, times have changed and I would not even consider doing that now. I believe you get what you pay for and the relatively small amount I pay for servicing is well worth the peace of mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough because as we all know, its never a problem until its a problem. That is why I want them in my corner!!

We used DT for a home loan and they were great to work with. From in-person to over the phone customer service, they are professional and go out of their way to assist. We refinanced with a different carrier, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
