I honestly would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Worked with a handful of financial companies and by far this is the worst. Even with the pandemic they’re very strict with their policies. After reviewing a pay off check 2 days earlier they still took out money from our account on payment due date. Lady I talked to was very condescending and didn’t listen to what I said. Tried to tell me that they received pay off check different date even though tracking number showed differently. I guess everyone is a liar except them. I strongly urge to go elsewhere. Currently financing a car with Ally financial and I love them! Seriously run!

How can we build our credit with no help. Especially during pandemic and inflation, our credit is not good but that's why we're trying to fix it. But can't with companies like this.

I am happy to say that Perla at Lendmark Financial has always taken care of my sub-prime customers vehicle financial needs. She is very knowledgeable, hard working, and professional.

Will never do a loan here again . They will blow up your phone and call on holidays , the worst management, very disrespectful. I am Few days late on 1 payment this month , almost payed off loan.

Phone calls at 630 at night , call & call again in 5 seconds later , rude staff , demanding to know exactly when you are coming to pay. Call 1 day after due date before even late. I always pay 300 every month and they know it. I don't know why this place is tripping! Thinking about reporting them somehow to bbb

Don’t think I’ve ever felt less valued as a customer than I did trying to work with Lendmark Chula Vista. Missed out on 2 cars due to their delayed paperwork filing. Never, ever, received a call back from them updating me on the status of my application, though I was promised during every call. Ultimately got a car from a different dealership, and a different financing company. It’s unfortunate that Kodak I auto dealership is tied to them.

I’ve done two car loans with this branch and the only time they will return my calls is when they get paid for doing the initial loan. Customer service is horrible here. They always act like you’re inconveniencing them when you call for anything. I complained several times because they don’t call me back and they have a defensive attitude when you call to get questions answered or payoff quotes etc. If you are this miserable at your job please get a new one. I will never do business here again once my loans are paid. If I could choose ZERO stars I would.
