My experience with this company has been very good. Regina, Perla and Ruben have all been very polite and helpful. My advice would be only to keep this loan short-term and refinance as soon as your financial situation is better so you can avoid a lot of interest. And I would never take out a car loan for this high interest! But thankfully folks can refinance elsewhere for better rate/term.

This particular branch consistently harasses by calling up to 7 times per day, when you're not 30 days late. Then if that wasn't enough, they call back to back and that's not all....they start making threats over the phone. Hector needs to stop with the threats. They're predatory, harassing and illegal when it comes to things.

One Main Financial was very helpful in processing a loan for me. The genuinely cared about my situation and .when I visited their office they made me feel at ease and helped me finish up the paperwork. They were able to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Very helpful staff. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly, the worst company! I talked to this woman over the phone and she couldn’t do anything to help. She was very unprofessional. Worst customer service I’ve experienced! I will inform my family and friends about this company. Maybe it’s true what they say; that this company is a scam after all.

I called this company last week and spoke to and employee. I called back several times leaving messages with another employee and then when I finally got in touch with the person working on my account. I was told he would call me back with in the next 4 hrs. that was 5 days ago. When I called in this morning I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told they were to busy to take my call, could they take a message? NO!!!!!!! You don't return the call when I leave messages. I guess good for them they are so busy they don't need anymore.business.

They Pre-approved me for a loan, did a hard credit pull on my account which lowered my credit score. I called to finish my application and the lady told me I need to put a car up for collateral and that’s the only way they will finance the loan. Beware if you get a pre-approval notice!
