First and for most, these people will call you non-stop. They have very rude & poor customer service. Twice when I was on the phone with them they pretended that they couldn't hear me when I called them out on their service. Even when you apply and you are approved you have to go through a 30 minute phone call with someone just so you can get started and they move very very very slow. Right now I had to call twice in order to have them remove my phone number so I can no longer receive no more calls, I had 5 voicemails regarding the same thing. I paid off my loan 3 months ago and when I did I kindly said since I paid off my loan I won't receive anymore phone calls correct and they said yes. NOPE WRONG, I was still receiving constant voicemails and calls. If you are really disparate for a loan then by all means go here, but I highly highly do not recommend this place. I wish they had negative 1 star on here because that's how poor their service is.

Be careful, extremely high rates. They make it difficult to pay more than the minimum, and employees have declined to receive more than the minimum payment. Also the online system does not allow to pay more than the minimum payments. I will report this to the proper authorities.
