Just had another great experience with Advance America on Greenback. The holidays hit me hard this year, and I overspent a bit because of circumstances. I was able to get myself a payday loan here with no hassle and by providing some very simple information about myself in order to get myself out of financial trouble. That being said, Therese Shaw who manages the store took care of me on my second visit and was very helpful in showing me how I could make my next use of their services so much easier. That's not to say the first person who helped me wasn't great at customer service! My initial visit was great as well. Wonderful team of people here who make you feel comfortable and at ease with needing a few bucks. Happy to recommend this establishment to anyone who needs them. Great choice.

I love love love the service at this location! Best location in Sacramento. I’ve been coming here for a few years. They know me by name as I them. Teresa is my girl she is sweet, kind and respectful and trains her employees well. Chris is my guy too! They will take care of you for sure.

Friendly ,fast ,efficient and amazing! My first experience with this type of transaction- I was armed with zero knowledge and made MANY calls to help me understand the process and options- THERESA was by far the most helpful, kind, calming and efficient person I spoke with. Was her location the closest? No, were her options better or different? Not really- Theresa totally sealed the deal with all she brought to the plate. Advanced America you are SO very lucky to have such an amazing employee represent your business! My opinion is she should be training ALL your employees,at all your locations- thank you Theresa!!
