I had the absolute pleasure of working with Becka! She is knowledgeable and always very responsive. Becka helped me with buying a home during this COVID crisis and managed to finish everything in a timely manner. Not only did she help us transition into finding a home in Sacramento to Manteca she looked for the best possible first home buyer programs and assisted with increasing our credit score. I would absolutely recommend her

Worst mortgage company ever. I will not give any names due to everyone is entitled to their privacy but I had the worst experience with this company. I was forced to go with them because of the seller of the home I purchased. Every time I would call the Sales Manager for a question he would not answer nor did he ever return my calls. Even when I emailed him he would answer the email within a few days but never did he answer my question(s). He would just briefly go over what I asked and then just ask for more documents. I understand taking a loan out for a house requires many documents and takes time but this sales manager never once asked if I had any questions, comments or concerns. I'm not sure if this was because he knew I had no other choice for a lender or if that's just they way this company works. The sales manager also only gave me an few hours notice before signing the title documents. All he asked was if I was free in the evening and then the next thing I know I get a call from the escrow officer confirming our appointment in a few hours and I could not reschedule due to the loan had to close before Monday (which later I found out was because if it closed a day after Monday the sales manager would be taking a loss). The only reason why I am giving this company one star is because of the sales managers assistant. She was very helpful and also answered my calls/emails within a reasonable amount of time.

The first time home-Buyers transactions are very stressing! It's been a month already. Too many detailed info questioned AFTER proving we have the finances and my Mr can afford the Mortgage!!! Isn't $100,000. a year salary good now-a-days!! Or does a person have to be VERY RICH?? Uuuughhh....

I thought buying my first home was going to be a huge hassle but the help I got from Cassandra at Residential Home Loans made everything super easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was.
