Been coming here for a while it was great at first always seen one lady in there she would cash my checks and help me with what I needed done. Went back in to cash a check, she said she just had to verify with the person who wrote the check to make sure next thing I know I’m still sitting in there waiting and there was extra extra unecessary verification where my girlfriend had to call her bank, 3 way merge the call and verify atleast 3 times the amount to cash the 150 check! I’ve never heard of that before in my life and for as long as I been cashing checks. A complete waist of time since I live in Calimesa ca and travel all the way there to Colton for their services. I was already having problems with the first ace check cashing place a little closer to the one in Colton and the lady in there kept saying that their system wasn’t working so I went to this one in Colton and I remember the lady saying that the system was working and that the other lady probably shouldn’t work there if she didn’t want to take a chance to cash a check. And then I was treated like that with her as well. My buisness is done with ace I think they are prejudice if I was Mexican she would have did it :/ no offense…
