I went in the branch to take docs for car loan and it was one of the best banking experiences I've ever had! The tellers were friendly, the application process was simple, and it took little time! Thanks PSCU!

Everyone I have spoken with at this branch has been cordial and helpful, but Kim is the star. She has the experience and expertise to guide me to the best opportunities for investing my money. And she is a delightful raconteur!

Lot's of false advertising - we're supposed to receive our direct deposit early - its not true. That's one of the perks, but you still don't receive your money until Friday. You can't connect your account to services such as Experian boost to show that you're pay recurring bills because PSCU is like unknown to the world. What's the point of signing up with this credit union? What benefits do you get from this? They give you a hard time about EVERYTHING concerning YOUR ACCOUNT! Do not, I said, do not join this credit union!!

I use to love this credit Union until they upgraded their online banking. Now when I try to link my account to a third party app using plaid or decislogic, Pacific unable to send the data over to validate that I have an active account. I have called several times about this issue and it seems to be that they point the finger at plaid and decisilogic. These companies have stated that the issue is with Pacific. There is no resolution to this problem that has been going on since APRIL. That is 3 months now. I’m ready to shut my account down and go elsewhere because I am Not getting a resolution and receiving the run around.

Terrible customer service, understaffed, never pick up the phone, just transferred to voicemail after voicemail, no calls back, rude if you ever do get through. Would not recommend ever getting a loan with them. Do yourself a favor and work with Golden 1 or Patelco instead

Went into PSCU concord branch to setup my account. The branch staff were very friendly. The opening process was quick and I felt that they valued my time. The branch is also easy to locate.

We visited Pacific Service Credit Union in Concord 7.19.23 to transact multiple items such as: withdrawing an IRA, withdrawing CD's, and combining CD's and IRA's. As we entered the staff gave us a warm welcome and asked if they could help us today. We spoke to Cecilia G. and she handled our multiple transactions smoothly, very patiently and a very warm person. It was a very hot day that afternoon 93% outside, yet Cecilia inside the office was cool, calm and collected. We both liked Cecilia as our Banker/Teller and left pleased that day. We really enjoyed doing business with PSCU and someday hope that they open a new branch near South San Francisco, CA. Thank you PSCU, David
