Umpqua Bank, Copperopolis, CA

I went in on Monday September 20th to add my name to an account and remove old signers. Wednesday, October 27th, I opened a joint account, Jen needed to look up our information. She informed me that I was never added to that account as signer. Joella Taboada, manager at the Copperoplois Branch never added me to the account and never removed the old signers from the account. I received a call about my ssn being left off, but no other information was needed. Over a month has past since that attempt, and I have yet to receive a call from the branch manager. This is just bad customer service. I'm very disappointed in the way they handle business.
