This was the first time I’ve bought a home by myself. It’s scary when you are on your own, without a spouse, etc. Andrew was extremely patient with me, and when I felt overwhelmed, he just talked me right through it. He is patient, thorough, kind and has a great sense of humor! He made a tedious process easy, and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Andrew for your next home purchase. Just a good guy.

So early this year and end of last year I got into a hole. Had medical bills stacking , owed debt and didn’t make as much money at work. I knew I had some equity in my home but wasn’t sure how much. Met Andrew at my work (Verizon) we connected and he was awesome. He told me about the cash out refinance option for my house. Went through the process, now I have no debt (besides mortgage) I remodeled my house and am so thankful. Andrew provided me true solutions , has great people skills and took care everything quickly. He was always available and is a great people person. Thanks again Andrew and team!! I would highly recommend him and his company they are honestly amazing!

I definitely recommend Andrew at Primelending! The whole team there is awesome! They def make sure they have your best interest at heart! They do their best to make sure your interest rate is as low as possible! They go above and beyond to make you happy. Andrew went out of his way to give me possible cheaper home owners insurance to help me save money any way possible! They are great!
