Went to go cash my check for the first time. This place was a joke. She said she had to go and verify something. She came back and said sorry that the check can't be signed. It's are policy. Wow my address on my check match my id. I guess my check was to big for them. I would never go back to this place for anything.

I didn't know or even need this kind of business in my life. Well, now a widow on Soc Sec things changed. I am grateful for being introduced to Cashback Loans. Very affordable for me and I am grateful to use this service. They were courteous and kind.

These people are never able to help me. Horrible service this is the second time they turned me down. Never able to verify my check. Terrible.

Quick easy straight up affordable interest rate for a payday loan only 1 downside that isn't even that bad you only get 1 extension which I'm okay with ;)

I call today in a bad financial situation with no hope of being approved but Miriam insisted that we go along with the process she stayed on the phone with me to the end of the process and after being approved she went over every detail of the agreement I been in customer service for over 15 years and to find someone in her line of work that takes there job seriously and goes above and beyond to help a customer is rare to find these days and just based on that I will give this company a 10 star rating and Miriam keep up the good work Satisfied, customer, Fredrick

Christina was incredibly helpful in walking me through the loan application process. She answered every question I had, which was hardly any because everything was laid out so clearly. She definitely put the Service in Customer Service!
