Strung me along, refused to share information I specifically asked them to pass along to the loan officers, then lied and claimed they did. Because of their poor communication, my loan was denied twice! At one point, they also claimed to have lost all my paperwork and I had to resubmit it, who does that? Why don't they backup their data?
