Never in my life have I had such swift, professional, time-saving efficient financial service, without even going into the branch in person! OneMain Financial leverages technology widely available that other US institutions for whatever reason refuse to utilize. I definitely recommend them if you, like me, like efficient processes done by courteous, helpful agents that save you time.

This Company is Horrible, Lied and said I could Refi my Car and get cash out also, ALL LIes ,, said the amount I would get was even more then I asked but Once I sent ALL My TAXES, PERSONAL and BUSINESS documents that said my payment would go up $300 more on my car note and I would get way less than I wanted cash back. I feel like this is SCAM,, and I am truly scared that my documents are not safe. I am putting a security alert on my business and personal credit.. HORRIBLE customer service at the Sepulveda office.. Horrible experience..

Dianna took me through the entire loan process very patiently, thoroughly and dedicated to my understanding of every detail... Her follow up and warm customer service care and concerns for me as retired executive needing to clear up a couple of financial issues was outstanding..
