We had an extremely stressful loan process that was caused by an unrelated issue that was holding up our down payment. Mike Singer just went above and beyond to put my parents in their new home. He did a decent amount of work outside of his normal scope of work and assisted on this down payment issue. He demonstrated a high level of care and knowledge to successfully close escrow. My parents are now living in their retirement home and we all could not be more thankful for having been introduced to Mike and his company. I would like to say these people went way above the call of duty.I did not think I could get a loan to refinance with my credit score as low as it was but they got it done.
