I should have known by the bad ratings not to go here but decided to anyway. First let me say the customer service here from your worker Pricilla was horrible. I don't know how she still has a job here. Not only was she doing her job incorrectly but she falsely denied our loan by saying it was incomplete because she was too lazy to get the proper information. She was also gossiping about customers she just got off the phone with in front of customers in the store! How unprofessional. I already reported it, but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere it is not worth it.

2hrs waiting and lots of paper work and information just to say I didn't get approved for a loan. Speedy cash no problem at all

This place is a gem! Ivan assisted me in cashing my check, and he made the atmosphere very comfortable, also, the process was very quick! In regards to the appearance of the office, it is nice and clean! If you’re driving from Paramount Blvd, it looks hidden but once you turn into the parking lot you’ll be able to see the strip of shops, I’m posting pictures of the strip, hopefully it helps :)

A whole hour waiting here. More worried about when they're going home every little while saying :almost time to go home". I feel like shouldve got paid for the hour too since I was like them doing nothing waiting.

Raymond is an outstanding worker. Always willing to work with the customer. Because of him, this place is great for financial emergencies

I would like to take this time out to say Check Into Cash in Downey on Paramount Boulevard the workers there are very caring very patient very informative and make sure that that my needs were met just to point out who I'm speaking of is Miss Priscilla and Jessica I am a firm believer of great customer service and that's what they give to me great customer service
