Dave soza is by far the best mortgage banker I have ever known. I’ve been in the industry for 27 years and he is hands down the best tool/lender/educator I’ve ever met. His passion is educating buyers. And he’s one heck of an educator. His approach is simple. Educate. Empower. And he always promotes shopping around. When I asked him why he said people shouldn’t ever be told what to do. They should always do their research and follow their instincts and if you’re truly the best it will lead them back to you.
