I should of read the reviews of this place in DOWNEY is HORRIBLE and they will not help you at all. Almost as if they don't wanna WORK or be BOTHERED. They don't give you options nor does the manager or supervisor ever step in to help. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Absolutely do not do it! Over the course of 6 months [wherein I initially borrowed 5375.66] I have paid a total of 1245.99 of which 892.37 have been allocated solely to interest charges and a small monthly fee for an insurance on the loan wherein 353.02 have gone to the principal repayment of this loan leaving me with a balance 353.02 shy of the original loan amount. If you're happy tossing nearly 1,000.00 away every six months be my guest. People with spotless credit do not take out these type of loans. Your interest rate is likely to be close to mine if you're looking into this option for loan consolidation; do not do it. Pay down credit card debt and other debt [not like this] progressively and to best of your ability in time.

Great experience. I was under the inpression I was not going to get the loan. But very greatfull I did. The representative was very nice and detailed of the loan terms.

Why does this manager hire people with no experience? The people there no nothing about Finance I wouldn’t trust what they are saying. Looks like they promote people to “Manager” just because. The “Manager there is total incompetent.

The most unpleasant experience I have had with a financial institution in this country, first the system tells you that you are approved for a certain amount, they ask you until the day you are going to die for documents, in this office in Downey the attention on the phone is horrible After 7 days of applying, they deny me the loan. I know I don't have good credit, but I have to pay a debt and I'm a bit desperate. My payment history is excellent, but they didn't care about that. To finish the story after they told me They denied the application, they blocked my phone so I couldn't call and I checked it because I called from another number and it was ringing but the number I have registered in the loan comes out on my answering machine, please, horrible, these people, don't waste your time, they are rubbish.

Never get a loan from this places you will never finish paying them and there interest is very high rhe staffing people are very bad people do not go to this places it's the worst
