Didn't catch the first ladies name that helped me but she was great and polite and very helpful. Gina ended up helping me in the end and she made my day and was very nice and helpful as well. Regardless I dont understand all the negative reviews with this location when I had a positive professional experience with both ladies there.

I never post reviews however, the lovely Juliana really provided great customer service. I walked in at 6:59pm, one minute left until closing time. She was thourough with the verification and made the transaction smooth. Thanks again

I remember visiting here maybe three years ago. I had a check given to me by my dad during his vacation. I didn’t have a bank account at the time because I was seventeen. After filling their massive form I remember being nearly interrogated by one of the employees as to why I had a check from my dad, and the basis as to why he gave it to me. We shared the same last name I really don’t know why she was so suspicious of me. First and only bad experience at one of these places, I never returned. Wells Fargo cashed the check for me free of charge.

Always a great experience here, not sure why all the bad reviews. Customer service is excellent! I go in for western union and I’ve never had any issues, even when other places have given me problems. I’ve dealt with everyone there and they’re all super friendly and professional. Shabnam is the one I’ve interacted with the most and she’s amazing!! Love this place!!

Worse experiences EVER! I went in to fix a mistake on my western union transaction and 2 ladies instead of helping me told me to stand on the side ( even though it was my turn) and kept helping other costumers. When it was finally my turn the 2 agents kept bouncing me to each other. One of the ladies said "Nina will help you" then Nina is like "i am not i have to finish something". During the whole process Nina was very rude and unhelpful. She was angry at me, kept using hand and body movement that were just very rude and unpleasant. Nina was very unprofessional and had no costumer service. She made me feel uncomfortable just standing there. I will never use their service, these ladies specially Nina is rude and has no costumer service.

I’ve been a customer for a few years, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the service and professionalism of Gina in your Dublin, CA store. Not only with me, but many times when waiting in line I’ve ‘overheard’ her patiently helping customers with a variety of challenges. She is a real asset.

Gina is always wonderful! She is knowledgeable and takes pride in her job. I always get the best service from Gina and I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you for the great customer service.
