Scam. This place should be unlawful. I'M in much worse place with my loans than I was 4 years ago. We agreed to part and they STILL ARE taknig money from my account. This place will not help you reduce your student loans. They are about to increase BIG TIME and they don't seem to care. Anyway good luck.

I was not receiving help in terms of trying to make my payments easier. Instead, they tried to make me pay over $1000 a month and rising annually. This is also not including the monthly debited amount they charged me. I called to cancel and the representative was rude and aggressive. He also hung up on me. Needless to say, I will Never go to them again. Total scam and very unprofessional. Steer clear

I called them and told them i got on a new student loan forgiveness program for the totally permanently disabled people and they told me they put me on that program 3 years ago no they didn't. I got approved for the totally permanently disabled program last month. So western benefits group did not put me on it. They said that next month I will end up paying $600 in December. I even read the approval letter i got from nelnet. For the totally permanently disabled people. When I got approved.

I called and emailed in to cancel my subscription and debt of my account since I had to call in to fed loan services and get my monthly rate adjusted to a lower, more affordable amount after recertification. A month after I canceled I still received an email stating they would be removing funds from my account for another monthly payment. I again called in to ask why I was still in the system for debits. They apologized and said they would fix it. Then a day later they went in my account. I again called and was apologized to and told that they would refund the money. It took them 7 whole days to return the money that they should've NEVER took in the first place.

If only you can give places and companies like this one a negative star review. I was working with this company to go to for my student loan, paid them 250 dollars to to over my account and let and behold they took my money and cancelled my account and sent it to another company. Called them about why my account went to someone else and not you WBG they said that I still needed to pay 250 dollars and I never paid it. Not one phone from these people stating I needed to make another 250 dollar payment. I then asked if I can have my 250 dollars back since my account is not with them anymore and the lady said sorry we closed your account and cant issue a refund! So where did my money go then? Stay far away from this company!!

This company gets no stars. I am also one of the unfortunate ones who fell victim to them, thinking they were helping me with my students loans. During Covid, I was told they are no longer able to help me, and when I asked where all my money sent, that I had been paying them for the past 6 years, they just said it helped me with my school loans!! I have tried to call them and send them emails, to no avail. This company needs to be checked out to see if they are even a legal company!

I've been calling for the past 2 years to figure out why am I paying $30 a month I still have yet to receive an answer but they're still taking my money This place is a Complete SCAM!!!!! 2023 update, This Scamming Place just randomly closed down after they stole thousands of my dollars! Over the years!!!
