Worst customer service ever!!

Claudia was really rude and unprofessional. I was there to help my daughter because she has never done a western union transaction and because I was talking she accused me of doing a illegal transaction. Her service was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Her treatment towards us was unacceptable. Then she starts talking Spanish thinking I wouldn't be able to understand what she was saying. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. If she doesn't like her job. FIND ANOTHER ONE. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THAT WAY!!!!

There specialty is cashing checks, great service! I also send money to the Dominican Republic and it is always secure with them. I've been going to this establishment for over 4 years and have never had any problems. They have locations through ALL San Diego county and it's easy to get to any on them, whether I'm close the the Mexico border or further out in the North County. Wouldn't trust anyone else cashing my checks!

There is lady by name Andria, she is always angry and her roll with costumers is not good. I mostly coming here but she is very angry all the time. She should learn in school again how to speak with costumers.

Worst place to go for check cashing or payday loans. this older woman wanted to close so badly as i got there 10 minutes befor closing. She gave me a list if documents to get together and said come back tomorrow I stated that I have all of these documents with me. She picked apart each item trying to discredit them. I had just come drom ss and got a copy of my ssdi award letter and in 2018 there is an increase of 3% which didnt shownom my last deposit which shiwed 3% less so she rejected my payday loan What a joke
