I contacted my realtor, and he referred me to Daniel Torres for a home loan. When I first met Daniel over text on January 17, 2023, I was impressed with his professionalism. So, I went ahead and filled out the application, giving him all of my financial information, tax returns, and so on. I asked him to let me know if there was anything else I needed to do. However, after February 6, I followed up with him via either email or text message and received no response. On March 16, I contacted my realtor again, and he got Daniel's attention, resulting in a response from him. I provided him with some additional information and asked him what my next steps should be. Unfortunately, after that, there was still no response, even as of July 17. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to switch to a different realtor who referred me to a new loan officer. After providing her with all the necessary information, including the application, she completed the process within 1-2 weeks. Moreover, she offered helpful tips and outlined the steps I should take. I was impressed by her speedy process, prompt responses, and overall excellent service. In contrast, waiting for over 5 months to see what my next step would be with Daniel was disheartening. Based on these experiences, I believe Daniel acted unprofessionally. It seems he does not prioritize individuals who need to take specific steps, and I am genuinely disappointed with the level of service he provided.
