Check Into Cash, El Cerrito, CA

I have frequented this office many times. Always friendly. The staff at this location has always been helpful. Overall, check into cash has helped me when in need. For that, I would have given 5 stars. BUT The biggest problem that I noticed, is that absolutely none of the loans that I acquired through them showed up in any of my credit reports. The only thing that did show up on my credit reports, is hard inquiries. Which actually hurt my credit rating. Had I known this would happen, I would have gone elsewhere. I tried mentioning it to the local office. But nothing was done about it. For that I don't plan ever using any check into cash office. Unless they change their reporting practices to the three reporting agencies

I get good customer service from Suzan. Suzan make the visit worth wild. Suzan is extremely helpful and gives absolute 150% great customer service. She is very polite and she brings a good aura to the store. She is one of the best workers I have ever come into contact with. She is the definition of great customer service and if I were able to I would rate her performance 10 stars and not just 5.

Susan Llose , helped me with my transaction, I went to 3 different locations, I was driving around for over 30 minutes and she took the time to call W. Union and fixed my problem in order to send money. Susan is so professional! and care about customer service.

Consistently good, friendly service. It's been awhile since I used them, but they just called to see how my family is doing. That is soooo nice! If you ever need a quick loan I recommend Check Into Cash in El Cerrito!
