Umpqua Bank, El Dorado Hills, CA

This Bank treats you like family. I switched all my accounts from a "local bank", accounts that I had for 22 years. Umpqua has better rates and is more accommodating. Imagine walking into a bank you have never dealt with and the commercial loan rates are 1/2% better than the "local bank".. Imagine that bank working with you, when the "local bank" will not, on a simple no risk deal. When the "local bank" offers to match..shame on them, they should have been looking out for me and their customers all along. Umpqua cares about its customers. I will take the strange name with better rates and service over nostalgia.

I went in to see why my account was under review and ANDREW treated me like a criminal and gave me a hanious amount of attitude. Even though I am the victim. I will be closing my account bc of this negative experience. ANDREW should be more sensitive to customers and their money. If not, perhaps ANDREW should not be in banking.
