Came down to Gems N’ Loans in Escondido to check out some gold chains & as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt the great customer service. I didn’t feel like a customer but more like family. Alan, Cesar & Samantha all had great experience & were very knowledgeable with the gold I was checking out & with their inventory. Great overall experience & also picked up some great items. Stopped in at Gems n’ Loans by chance, with the intentions of just getting my ring size for a possible, future engagement ring. Ceasar asked if we wanted to look at some gorgeous rings that he had for sale, listened to what our preferences and budget was, and totally worked with us. Every time I go to GemsNLoans, I’m always so impressed by the client services. Kate helped me and I ended up purchasing a couple of gold chains and the most unique earrings. Next thing I know I’m walking out with 7 items. Kate was so kinda and even found a few items I didn’t even see! She was very knowledgeable about the various stones, materials, and settings. I fell in love with a ring to small, and she offered me a resizing service. I will be picking them up in two weeks. She polished and cleaned my items and packed them up in jewelry boxes and gifted them up for me. So thrilled!
