By far the worst financial experience I had in my life. I have a loan with them with 34% interest rate for at least 4 year. My credit was not that great then. However my credit now is excellent and I was pre-approved for 12,000. I only wanted 3,000 they told me my rate would be 13%. so I apply all I wanted was just to lower that rate. And now they are making it so hard that I just gave up on them. I will never recomend this business. Now I can see why their rating is so bad. Thanks God for Citi Bank I got the loan at 11% rate and I'm about to paid them off.

I guess it depends on your needs, it was not the best nor the worst. Interest rates are somewhat high, and it took about a week and a half to get everything completed othere then that it was OK

Great place! Very nice people. Anthony is a great guy. Had a few laughs. Stephanie is wonderful. Went over all the documents in detail and was a pleasure to be around. All said and done I had a great experience here. Thank you !

The interest rates are decent but the customer service is atrocious. If you want to get anything done, you basically have to go directly into the branch. I literally waited for a call back all day yesterday from the branch manager, Anthony Romero, to refinance my loan after I made a huge payment off of it last week. He said he promised he'd call, but here I am. Awful place. Don't waste your time.

This place just helped my boyfriend and I who were DROWNING in bills catch up and get back on our feet. We were able to refinance our truck and get a cash loan for only 1% more APR than we were already paying. My boyfriends credit isn't good and they were able to get him a loan and even get me off of it when originally I had to cosign. We are so happy and the optional insurance packages to add are super convenient. Thank you SO much Damari you're amazing and your attitude is so uplifting! 10000x THANK YOU for getting him approved, I know it was a long shot. In short, if you're in a tight spot and need a loan and have some sort of collateral (and have intention of actually paying your lien holder back), OneMain is totally worth a try!

If there was a 3 1/2 that's what I'd pick. They are quick, efficient, help, friendly, and timely WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE OR OPEN THEIR DOORS. I needed assistance over holidays and never reached a live person, nor did anyone return my numerous messages. Also went by the office and it was closed during business hours. And here I am again, leaving messages and waiting!!! Called another branch for help!!!!
