They do not have the capability to accept payments via card or ach withdrawal. You have to go into the store and make payments. Also they do not help veterans or people with disability income. They require a full arsenal of personal information such as proof of income, 4 relatives and friends, your landlords phone number, your rental agreements( original not a copy), bank statements, a deposit slip from your bank ( go into your bank and get one not a pdf form), award letters( they still question award letters even though the government provides it) , drivers license ( they won't accept it fo your address is not updated) two utility bills with an address in Escondido ( if you live in Oceanside they will not accept. Too far for them to collect. Also the staff not very knowledgeable on the process so you might be there a couple hrs and after everything gets verified in 2 the owner will call you to let you know they wasted your time and to go down the street to payday advance who also has one star rating.

If you ever need a loan, money order, or a check cashed, make sure you to Gaby. Honestly one of the friendliest persons I’ve ever met! She obviously knows what she’s doing and always gives the best customer service. I highly recommend this place, and for whatever reason you do step in, Gaby is the one you want to ask for!

Edited: I was pretty irritated when I came in because I had 3 small checks all under $40 and after cashing many checks at this location and the one in San Diego for much higher amounts, the woman said I hadn't been there in 6 months and I could do some kind of process where they keep my checks and I come back in several days to pick up the money. It was like a total of $50 and her coworker said, I'm sure it will be fine considering her check history. She still would not do it. Lame. I thought that was the whole point in going there repeatedly. The manager was attached for an hour and I didn't have time to sit and wait for him. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE ‐‐---------‐ Always able to verify and cash my checks quickly and easily. They also charge less than competitors.

The team is amazing here. George was a big help. And the customer service is great, which is why I keep coming back.
