A1 Check Cashing, Eureka, CA

I came in to cash a check from my employment and I was told I couldn’t do it. I’m not exactly sure why I couldn’t Cash it in light of it being a legitimate payroll check. The girl that was working was really rude and short . Their policies are discombobulated and not up-to-date. Definitely will not go back

Female employee, seemed to be itching for a cigarette break. My children told me she was saying, "Will you hurry up already" under her breath, as I was getting a money order from another employee. Afterwards, both employees were outside smoking, right infront of the door. I find that very unprofessional, both attitude, and breaking the city law, for smoking infront of a business. I hope they get better employees. Other than that, I really appreciate them being there.

Courteous and helpful, fast process, decent fees. Office is clean and professional and staff is ready to help. People with bad reviews must have had a bad day or couldn't meet criteria. *Shrugs*

Place looks like it needs to be shut down. Smells like an ashtray when you enter. The lady there is rude and shows she doesnt like her job. Poor customer service. Will not be returning. Took my business to ChecknGo on Myrtle Ave.

Very nice guy's...always willing to help...very polite...even when my particular transaction didn't go thru because the post office money order verification system was down...I knew they had tried and did everything possible to make it work
