She was very knowledgeable, and for any answer she didn't have, she promptly got to work at finding them for me when I left and called me back within a couple hours to get me those answers and follow through with me. Being in escrow can be stress inducing, but it helps to have a team working with you that is knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend considering working with them for your mortgage needs.
