Humboldt Check Cashing, Eureka, CA

I am from Paradise CA., Our town destroyed from the Camp Fire. I got a pre payment loan and when the other check cashing place wanted to put a 10 day hold on it, I went to Humboldt Check Cashing and Cheryl was the best. She is a wonderful person who took the time to make some phone calls and she cared about my situation and was so understanding. She loves what she does and you can tell. She's a special person. Thank you Cheryl for all your help. And anytime you need a free dog grooming when I set up just call me!

I would not go to ANY OTHER check cashing place. Cheryl is sooooo nice and always makes you feel welcome!! If I could give her 1 million stars I would!!!

This girl is so amazing!!! She friendly knowledgeable and so so accommodating! I love she always has a smile on her face and a sweetness in her voice. I can literally say she is the only one I go to.

Humboldt Check Cashing does great business. The owner is very nice, and very helpful. If you need a check cashed i suggest stopping by this place.

My brother had passed away so I was so tired and sad that he died. I went Humboldt Check cashing and although they put a 10 day hold they gave 2000$ so I had some cash!!! Thank you Cheryl

It's unfortunate that there is so much fraud, you turn away legitimate business with a legitimate, uncashed check. What's even more unfortunate is the way you insinuated that I was lying by throwing side eyes at the other woman behind the counter. It was juvenile, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The tactful thing to do would have been to save your remarks until I left. I'd rather not have stayed in your business much longer, anyway, had I not wanted to have my check available immediately, because it smells badly of wet ash tray.
