Went in with a very positive attitude, and left upset. We were comparing different interest rates so I figured we would go in to see what they would offer. Jody did a whole lot of number crunching and explaining how things worked on scratch paper, but didn’t run any inquiries or credit checks. But made it seem nearly impossible to get our loan. Pessimistic attitude & said he wouldn’t have put a offer on the house already. We were pre approved from another lender already, and got approved for another local lender right after talking with him. This local lender was very optimistic and so much easier to work with. We are currently still getting our home with a WONDERFUL interest rate. I wouldn’t recommend this lender to any young couples trying to buy their first home.
