Very dispationate and untrustworthy. Proved to be to easy, helping good people with bad credit, likely burning people with a super high interest rate (29%)despite your credit rating, with factors like great payment history and no derogatory marks on file. Low monthly payments promised on their phone line yet my car payments are higher then average by 200 dollars. I went in with a 620 (I know this is low end) I've had the car over two years, 8 months ago started having issues with it, they offered to bring it into their shop, a satellite of harper Ford, to have it fixed and rewrite my note to cover repairs, the shop set an appointment for me and they've had my car now a almost two months, just now tearing the engine down. After it's all said and done I'll be paying 5 times the Kelly blue book value of the vehicle. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with sole savors and their financing agency northwest acceptance. They've buried me and I have no way out, but to stay underwater or burn my credit file. I would not recommend. Only reason they are getting a star at this point is because I have to in order to post.

Car and cost aside I will keep buying from these guys just to get to deal with Jody!! Seriously they have the sweetest staff, they remember who you are and ask how your kids are doing. Customer service is just beyond words amazing with the ladies in the payment department!!!

Always willing to work with you if they can. Wonderful customer service and from what I hear they'll even work with you when the vehicle needs major repairs! Like they'll pay for it and tack it on to your bill with them.
