Our own Branch and two others were full of Architectural barriers in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Even after bringing it to the respective managers attention, too this day not one branch follows the law, even when our branch was rebuilt after a fire. Is it going to take a civil rights lawsuit to motivate them to be accessible to ALL their clientele? Sad they seem to want it to come to this.

Disappointed. Tried to open a checking account. Found out the checking accounts listed as options for customers are not updated. The are only to two checking accounts available. The Free Checking and the Plus. The banker seem to hate working at the bank and was not happy and was extremely unfriendly. I late the Kathren Raya know the I had started an online account and that my information should be saved since I had called a day ago to confirm that my information was in the system and she said that I was not in their system. I guess my application was erased! We started the application process over to find out that I'm unable to open an account because I owe another bank from a previous hardship I experienced years ago. Don't do business with this bank!

I have been banking with Patelco for well over a decade. I also have accounts at 2 other Credit Unions due to moves. Patelco gave us the best rates for our mortgage, and has the best CD and money market rates of all the credit unions or banks I've seen. They are always very helpful when I need something and I've never had a bad or frustrating experience with Patelco.

Went to the atm to put money into my account just for the machine to keep the card. Proceeded inside to talk to the reps and was notified that the machince takes cards sometimes and just shreds them along with then not having have access to their own atm. Would have loved for a sign or warning about this. Being a traveling worker as i am and not able to go to my bank at that very moment and get a new one made is not an easy feat. Just a warning for thoses of you who can use their atm cause it's a CU. I would not advise the atm if it's not a Patelco card.

Great people , Great service, Usually quick (In and Out) except Fridays and any day following a Holiday can take an extended amount of time due to its relatively small space with only 5 teller Windows which more so than not there us only 2-4 bank tellers working at ant given time.

I’ve been banking with patelco for almost 20 years and recently my fiancé jumped on board with patelco. Abbi helped us out with our money market accounts and children’s CD accounts. Nobody in my history of banking took the time and care abbi showed us. Thank you for all your help. We our happy to have you as our teller…
