Very bad service, owner (s) father and daughter debate about a loan in front of other customers. Everything is confidential. Names are thrown out and reasons why a loan should be approve was also being debate in front of other customers. Very disrespectful, rude, and when you walk in, everyone is doing their own thing. Not very welcoming and not even greeting ignoring you till minutes later. Seen and heard that they will call your own references and mention your reasons why you are needing the loan....Very bad customer service.

This place is racist. They give you loans for things that they feel you should get, like a Toyota or Honda but if you tell them you're buying a Chevy or a Ford they'll deny your loan even if you were already pre-qualified by the owner.
