The new system they are setting up has some serious problems. First the new tablets are only good with their stylis. The print is so small that a customer could easily claim they never could read the paperwork. Their buttons that you have to click on are tiny and the stylis had trouble toggeling the button. If someone had hand tremors they would never be able to click the button. The signature block is 1 inch by 2 inches and could barely capture any of my signature. Resize it to 2 by 4 inches so it can capture the signature. The system was designed by some suit who had no idea how to work with people. They hired a designer with no User Experience ability. Get some help or it will actually make the people working there take longer to service a customer. Customers will be very disapointed with the new system.
