Worst customer service. The two ladies were descrimanant towards me and had me fill out extra person info others in line before me didn't even tho they were also new

Very rude and unprofessional. They hung up in my face! I received a call from them regarding a transaction they needed information about. I could not talk on the phone at length. They hung up in my face. They called at a bad time but I still took the time out to answer their questions to resolve their problem with one of my employee’s payroll checks. Someone named Victoria (if that was her real name when I called back). Very unprofessional. I will file a complaint at their corporate office.

The store is always very clean. Lines aren't ever too long. The girl that assisted me was very professional, was able to maintain good conversation while she cashed my checks. Great customer service!

Long waits in line, unwillingness to answer simple questions on the phone (Andrea), overall not good service.

Fast, fair, and friendly! Very professional, cooperative, and understanding workers. Even though they have to deal with a lot of not-so-fun customers at times, they keep a positive attitude and don't have stuck up personalities like other places I've been to.

I love coming here! The ladies are so awesome! The staff is great! They are always kind and help you with any questions that may come up!
